Step-by-Step Guide - Project Creation & Submission on TAIKAI

In order to have a valid submission, each team should:

• Have their members registered on TAIKAI
• Have their members registered to the ETHRome hackathon on TAIKAI
• Create a project on the ETHRome hackathon page on TAIKAI (and have all the team members invited in it)
• Adhere to the Hackathon Rules that are part of this hacker manual
  • If your project was started before ETHRome, make sure to describe your previous iterations in details (find here a template doc to fillout that you can copy and attach to your TAIKAI submission - make sure you make it public)
• ‼️ Submit their project before Sunday Oct 19th 10:00 AM CEST (Europe / Rome time)
  • You won’t be able to create or update your project on TAIKAI after that deadline

🏷️ Categories & Tags (Important for Bounty Eligibility)

When creating your project on TAIKAI, make sure to correctly set Tags and add all relevant bounty sponsors and technologies used (e.g. Base, XMTP, ENS, etc.).

⚠️ Only projects that have correctly selected the related sponsor tags will be considered for bounty prizes.

Example:

If you built a Base Miniapp using XMTP for an in-chat agent and ENS for user identity, and applied to the Finance Main Track, your tags should be:

Base, XMTP, ENS, Finance [MAIN TRACK]

✅ Final Checklist (to ensure a valid submission)

• All team members registered on TAIKAI
• All team members joined the ETHRome hackathon on TAIKAI
• Project created on the ETHRome hackathon page with all team members invited
• Categories & Tags correctly set for relevant bounties and tracks
